2019 High Dynamic Range Stereo / Optical Flow Sensor
New for 2019, Centeye has prototyped a new 2.7 gram stereo / optical flow sensor for use in both low light and high dynamic range environments. This sensor can see in pure darkness using modest IR LED illumination, or can be used in enviornments with light levels varying over many orders of magnitude. The vision chips are able to adapt near instantaneously to changes in light levels- no need to be blind for several seconds while the cameras adapt! Sun in it’s eyes? No problem!
